For non insulin dependent diabetes (type 2) in adults, when dietary measures and exercise alone are not sufficient to control blood glucose. How much and how often should you use this medicine? DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION As an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control: Monotherapy or in combination with other antidiabetic agents: 100 mg once daily. May be taken with or without food.
