The initial design was created using a pencil

These were very troublesome  to use and impossible to keep clean after use

They are delivered with an acid-free mat board suitable to use for framing

Some of the shaded areas in the center structure were drawn with 6x0 Rapidograph pens

This drawing is also mostly composed of structures from Crustacean  which have been reflected in a two fold symmetry axis

Attached to the frame are various spindles, pulleys, and motors. When operating, many of these parts are in motion, rotating and spinning, some swinging like pendulums.
