This blend packs the cinnamon, nutmeg and molasses notes of Blackstrap, and notes from spice forward Ginger Allspice Bitters, and a bit of brightness courtesy of Orange Bitters. This blend was aged for exactly one year in a spent Great Lakes Distillery Pumpkin Spirit barrel to give it a toasty finish.
