Masa Designs: Organic Lunar Stone Platter Michael Schmelling It features new essays byDesigned by legendary chef Masayoshi Takayama, known as Masa, this stoneware dish is made by hand in Japans Okayama Prefecture. Part of Masas Lunar Stone collection, each platter is unique in size and shape, combining rugged textures with elemental forms. Designed to plate Wagyu tataki, it may also be used to serve fruit or as a charcuterie board. Following the seven principles of shibusasimplicity, implicitness, modesty, naturalness, imperfection,
