There are around 10% other grapes mixed in the old vineyards, from different villages, so it's their regional wine where they want to show they typicity of the variety as they have grapes from different soilsgranite, corneana and slate. It has berry fruit rather than flowers, and it's clean and expressive, quite approachable, with polished tannins and a tasty finish. The challenge here is to tame the
