Tenuta Saiano makes multiple single varietal cuves of Grechetto Gentile and Trebbiano, but always with the free run juice. Zero Leftovers is the blend of the press juice from the two grapes, giving it a bit more color and texture. Lots of lemon and mandarine essential oils in the aromatics and lovely ripe stonefruit and citrus peel flavors.
