African Queen Winter Scarf Bloom $150 for 50" x 35"Description Lalela scarves feature inspiring designs from young artists in Lalela after school programs. Proceeds from each scarf sale go towards helping young innovators find their voice and overcome the narrative of poverty through the transformative power of arts education. During the July holiday in 2017, Lalela brought 35 learners from different high schools together for a special project at City Varsity, Cape Town. Artists Judy Paulsen, Tony
