the result of this whole combination is what they call a 'Quininated' Gin

They produce this Bourbon in a Church in Tennessee using American Oak Barrels to age the Whisky for 8 years

This holds a Dark Fruit flavour with hints of a Deep Oak Wood and subtle Caramel notes

it delivers aromatic spices mingled with Juniper and softened with hints of citrus
