A great new blend - the bounce of targhee with a touch of silk and sliver of bamboo for durability and shine
It reminds us most of North Ronaldsay
Please take care to hand wash your finished item in cool water and lay flat to dry
Mossy - Sticklebatts- 30% Nash Island fleece, merino, rambouillet, silk, bamboo, silk noil (angelina in sparkle batts) Size:Non-Sparkle 4.1 oz. Every attempt is made toA note about the Nash Island For those not familiar with this fleece, here's a post on Mary Jane Mucklestone's blog about a trip there, and a little about the history of the flock. It's not super soft and cottony like cormo, but has a great texture and sheen, more like a long wool, but not as much as, say, mohair. It reminds us most of North Ronaldsay, which also is a seaweed eater : ) Please note that the fleece in these batts is fresh from the farm!
