Hand dyed yak/ mulberry silk top - Mary, Mary, Quite Contrary (4.2 oz.) - YAK /silk ( 50/50) sari silk designed by us and madeAn amazingly soft yak blended with rich mulberry silk makes this fiber a joy to work with. It is as soft as cashmere with the rich shine of the silk. Perfect for that special garment! This has been folded in half before dyeing to make for an easy matching 2 ply yarn, just break at the halfway point, spin on two bobbins and ply! Our fibers are dyed by hand with colorfast commercial dyes for a one of a kind appearance. I take great care to make sure
