One of my favourite memories of Italy was swimming in the ocean off the Amalfi coast and looking up at the cliffs lined with crops. Clear cool water and a vibrant energy of celebration surrounded me. I felt a deep passion for life and a grounded sense of appreciation. I'll always remember this
