Garlic Roaster Easter These Greek fishermen were sortingA little garlic shaped pot, 8cm X 8cm, which is used to roast garlic in the oven. A whole bulb of garlic, with the top cut off, is placed in the pot and cooked with a bit of oil at 200C in the oven. When the garlic is cooked it can be squeezed out and used in recipes. Please note, all items are handmade and may vary from picture.
