It is clearly hallmarked for Birmingham, England, 1922 with the makers mark, WJD for William James Dingley. The gilded cap of the spoon is an intricate interwoven cartouche and are possibly the letters E & S. Just beneath the cap is a fox mask and the handle is that of a hunt whip topping a gilded spoon bowl. The spoon is 5" long, weighs a substantial 16. 2 grams,
