A large-format kilim from Maimana

Maimana Kilim Runner - 288 × 86 cm (9'5" x 2'10") oversized 119 × 85 cm (3'11"Built to run the length of a hallway or staircase. Handwoven in Maimana, Afghanistan. Woven flat on a traditional loom: cotton warp, wool weft, no knots and no pile. Reversible, and hard wearing on both sides. Hand spun wool, dyed with vegetable dye in small batches the natural colour banding (abrash) is a sign of the hand, not a flaw. 288 86 cm (9'5" x 2'10"). One piece, woven once. Sold means sold we mark it, we don't restock it.
