In total they use 8 botanicals for this Gin with 5 of these being the Japanese botanicals: Cedar, Shiso Leaf, Chrysanthenum, Yuzu and Sansho Pepper. The result is a Gin which is packed full of Citrus flavours with underlying Chili and Pepper Spice
