The minimum age of any rum in the blend is 7 years, but the oldest drop is decades old: Every time we make Havana 7, a proportion of the final blend is put back into barrel to age for many more years until it is ready to form the heart of future production. The result is a complex rum with deep layers of cuban flavors that is best enjoyed neat or with your own twist.
