Ochre, madder, moss, indigo, rose, and smoke, each one patiently mixed, named, and kept like a secret. This tray preserves an antique watercolorists palette, arranged in luminous rows around a pastoral landscape, as though the entire countryside had been distilled into pigment. Handcrafted in our New York studio using the traditional French art of reverse decoupage, the artwork is
