This Basil Haydens Bourbon dates back to 1796 when Basil Hayden created this unusual combination himself and then has later been brought to us by the Team from Jim Beam

For the production of this Gin they use their Cyder as a base to create a Gin with a Refreshing and Crisp taste with Juicy Apple Citrus notes running throughout and hints of a Tarty Juniper

This Small Batch Gin has notes of Floral Pine running throughout with notes of Spicy Peppercorn and Juniper Infusions and just a touch of Bergamot and Kaffir to finish
