Adding cards from deck to hand is a very common mechanic of the game that most decks use and some really need it to be able to do anything, so you can imagine that shutting that off is very impactful and can be enough to let you win during your next turn
Complementing its Manipulate setup ability is its 40-damage Hydrokinesis attack, which relies on a coin flip to guarantee a debilitating status effect, inflicting either Burn on heads or Confusion on tails to keep opponents' battle plan completely off-balance
Which booster pack you pick up is up to you, and I think everyone will develop their own way of enjoying the game
