The most reliable way to do that is by the Spright cards and the Snake-Eye combo, which only requires two level 4 monsters on the field, but the downside is that you'll have to remove the Spright cards from the Extra Monster zone to summon Selene, Queen of the Master Magicians, with the Snake-Eye cards, or Heavymetalfoes Electrumite, which you generally prefer to activate targeting other monsters
These cards go into the Field Zone and stick around, just like Continuous Spells
