Similarly, I am contemplating putting Obscura Charm into my Sen Triplets EDH deck, and, as with the previous charm, the second and third modes are excellent, but I am not certain if that deck contains a sufficient number of multicolored permanents that have mana value 3 or less to justify including that card in that deck, but, again, I can use it primarily for the second and third modes, and use the first mode only when I truly need to use it
