Also, in order to fit with the theme of Toons, on top of the fact that Toon decks currently don't rely as heavily on the Extra Deck as some other decks do (unless you count the custom cards that I made), I opted instead on banishing "Toon" cards and/or cards with "Toon World" in their text from the Main Deck

By discarding a card, you get to blow up any kind of card on the field, based on what it points to, some also reduce its ATK and DEF, some increase its ATK and DEF, and one destroys Spells/Traps as well
Both of these sets would soon be rolled into the existing first release and repackaged as Base Set 2, using a different holo foil treatment and correcting several errors on cards
