The most iconic play you'll find in a goblin deck is using your Prospector to sac a handful of goblins to play Muxus, Goblin Grandee as fast as possible and rebuild your board
Because there were only 1,100 copies of each rare printed, its not very hard for a single person to buy up 10% or 20% of the entire print run
I'd want to play at their level, but not spend thousands of dollars to do so
Caesar, Legions Emperor Caesar, Legion's Emperor has an incredible amount of text, and its all good
The Lost Caverns of Ixalan Veloci-ramp-tor Commander Deck includes 1 Red-Green-White deck of 100 Magic cards (2 Traditional Foil Legendary cards, 98 nonfoil cards), a 2-card Collector Booster Sample Pack (contains 2 alt-border cards, with 1 Traditional Foil or nonfoil card of rarity Rare or higher and 1 Traditional Foil Uncommon card), 1 foil-etched Display Commander (a thick cardstock copy of the commander card with foil etched into the card's border and art), 10 double-sided tokens, 1 deck box (can hold 100 sleeved cards), 1 Life Wheel, 1 strategy insert, and 1 reference card
Its probably not worthwhile unless you know people are jamming 4+ color decks or loads or artifact/enchantment strategies at the LGS
