I can really see this alongside a card like Saheeli's Lattice / Mastercraft Raptor, which you can then flip by crafting the Carnosaur out of the graveyard

By doing that, youre actually digging deep into your deck and putting yourself in a better position

[card]Scrapwork Mutt[/card] pairs very good with [card]Stinkweed Imp[/card] as you discard first and draw second, meaning that you can fill your graveyard with just discarding the Imp first and returning it to hadn due to its Dredge ability

So itd fit nicely into say my Trostani deck
