Depending on the format, theres a surprising amount of variety

Sadly for the little Splitter it rarely gets any play these days, not because it is too weak nor because it doesn't have homes

Rather than waiting until the next Quarterly Update (Sept 30), Id like to lay out a bit more information about this project, where it came from, and what it is and isnt

The five colors are white, blue, black, red, and green, and as such, Sunbird Effigy's characteristic-defining ability can't set its power and toughness higher than 5/5

It notably triggers when a card is milled, not when you/an opponent mills, so anything that just dumps everyone's graveyards is fantastic here

Make no mistake, this isnt a strong card, but its a role-player and an awkward finisher
