On one half, it wipes out creatures with power 3 or greater, clearing away beefy threats so smaller armies like soldiers or spirits can push through
Name: The name of the card
It may be a costly creature to cast (six generic and one red) but it provides the player with a lot of value
I also advise steering clear of most cards that only gain life, like Feed the Clan and Natural Spring
It is meant for Avatar's Jumpstart, but only got printed into Collector Boosters, as in, one TLE uncommon shows up in a given Avatar Collector Booster, and that slot is shared with 4 scene cards, 14 cards from the beginner box and 32 other jumpstart uncommons
Anyway, Lotho here doesn't seem like a lot at first, but he's got a few interesting synergies that make him good as both a Commander or a creature in an Orzhov deck of some sort
