The only time you wont is if you have more power-buffing effects in play, but those are really strong on their own and often more than +1/+0

The card could also have been viewed as a simple "goodie" for visitors to D23 not accustomed to TCGs and card certification

While this has not been an issue as the Adept tends to only see play in heavy blue creature decks or UG decks where the fixing is very good I am pretty certain it is still wrong

Unfortunately, you are also more vulnerable to removal (since a single Lightning Strike leaves you with nothing most of the time)

All in all, Hylda's an excellent stun counter commander
