Cyber Serpent isn't strictly necessary for the deck but if you own a set I would highly recommend trying it out (replace some of the Barrage/Storm copies) as it can greatly accelerate your early game deck milling and give occasional extra draws

Joshua, Phoenixs Dominant / Phoenix, Warden of Fire Joshua, Phoenix's Dominants base stats are quite generous for a creature with free rummaging, and it also has a powerful flipside if it sticks around
