It's literally an Unclaimed Territory 99.99% of the time as spending 6(!) total mana to make a 1/1 Sliver token is such an awful rate that it might as well not even be on the card -- if you regularly activate it then I'd recommend rebuilding the deck, maybe add some more card draw so you have better things to spend your mana on
Its an enabler and payoff in one package, even if its a touch slow
This works wonders alongside token doublers like Parallel Lives or Anointed Procession, which can multiply the value of your copies
Note that theres very little of value to tutor up with Primeval Titan (just Adventurer's Inn, Eden, Seat of the Sanctum, and The Gold Saucer)
This is so versatile because it can make an opponent lose half their life or it can double as a great draw spell for you
