This bad boy can double its attack whenever Lo is on the field or is in the graveyard, plus if you control Lo while this card is on the field, it can negate any card activation for as long as Lo lives
Just like the One Ring itself, there is temptation in wanting guaranteed access to the shiniest of cards (in the foil variants cases, literally), but the bang for your brandybuck just isnt worth it if youre looking to actually build out a collection of cards
