Of course, you could argue that Thran Temporal Gateway is a better Quicksilver Amulet, since most of the big creatures you want to cheat into play (like Eldrazi, for example) are legendary anyway, so they are technically historic, and Thran Temporal Gateway can cheat artifacts, Sagas, and other types of legends into play as well

It may not be as efficient as Mutavault in this department, but it gets the job done
