Most of the time you dont get an actual trade, but the card selection and tempo are nice, and the times where you do cast this in response to a trick or something will feel truly amazing

If theres a cost associated with having that creature attack, its controller isnt forced to pay that cost, so it doesnt have to attack in that case either
