This card is on par with Naturia Beast for being able to completely nullify an opponent's use of their Spells , albeit requiring a discard for each one

Dark Magician is still a weak archetype, so in my opinion, the free Spell recycling won't make the archetype too powerful (Eye of Timeas, Dark Magic Attack, and Dark Hole begin recycled won't really make the Deck too powerful - if anything, it adds a much needed utility)
