Am I just writing this to tell you that the defenders have abilities that are worse than they look, their bodies dont block well, the cards are low impact and low pressure so control decks go over top of what youre doing, and your deck sucks
However, despite the hard to see quality of the pictures shared here, it is strikingly similar, if not a straight reprint, of the Hyper Rare Pikachu ex that released not very long ago in the Pokmon TCG: Surging Sparks set
Examples are Brock's Mankey (switches the defending Pokemon, was played as an "anti-Slowking"), and Cleffa (this card was literal bajeezus since it's a 1-energy draw seven (!), doesn't require evolution, retreats for free, and even had a 50% chance of avoiding any counterattack)
Toughness is a fine and strong mechanic to run with, but its much better done on other commanders like Arcades, the Strategist where you have access to blue and green instead of whatever other color you get with your background
Due to Neo Discovery's limited release, interested players have been scrambling to add this iteration of Umbreon since it was printed in 2001
While the species did their role as early route fodder admirably, this caused an issue for Safari Zone bugs
