Putting it in play with a Celebi ex on the Bench, and building up to a Serperior at the same time, would let players pile Energy onto Celebi ex and then switch it in with the threat of doing serious damage, enough to take down the likes of Mewtwo ex and Charizard ex in one turn
The card was reportedly only one of three copies to have been sold in the 20 years up to that date, confirming the already scarce card as one of the rarest Pokmon cards sold in recent years
Cards can't be added to security stacks by your opponent's effects regardless of the card type or level (the effects will activate, but cards still can't be added to security stacks)
