For 5 mana, you can make all your permanents indestructible until end of turn, and you can even activate this ability from the graveyard by exiling it
That means you lose that creature the turn you put this Aura onto the battlefield, and then lose it for the next four turns as well (three turns to remove the counters, and one to sacrifice the Cocoon the creature is still tapped that turn)
