Personally I don't see the problem with this format
Destiny HERO - Dreamer X DARK Level 1 [ Warrior / Effect ] ATK 0 DEF 600 During damage calculation, if your "Destiny HERO" monster battles and this card is in your GY: You can Special Summon this card, and if you do, your monster cannot be destroyed by that battle, also you take no battle damage from that battle

The part where destroying 1 monster if a S/T card is destroyed supposed to be a combo with "Harpies Hunting Ground" on the field, this card SS a "Harpie Lady", then "Harpies Hunting Ground" destroys a S/T, and finally this card destroys a monster on the field
