A tapped creature is very unlikely to be damaged by anything, so this looks very close to a 1-mana Claustrophobia

Maybe its because no ones cast a single-target removal spell in my games in the last few years (exaggeration), but this thing just always seems to sit in play and nug everyone for 10-15 damage each game, and thats not even in wheel decks where this is a primary wincon

It's great for handling low Willpower evasive characters or even chipping away at Bodyguard characters
