My framework for evaluating this: Does it win games by itself

This card feels like it was designed for CLB draft/sealed mostly, but there are some very niche cases in already existing EDH decks that want to run this card

Phyrexian Unlife already works with Melira and nobody plays them together, but this is a long list and nobody reads this crap anyway

You do not control your commander in your command zone

This meant that the packs werent in line with the typical thrill-based composition that Wizards of the Coast has developed for their other boosters

[4] the cards are novelties designed to be read, rather than played [3] [5] , and similar to "Grimlock, Dinobot Leader", actually using this card means players must agree on any rule intricacies they come upon themselves
