If the format features multiple decks where that ability would be useful, I would definitely be interested in giving this card a shot

With a suitably efficient token generator, or something like Norin the Wary, you can quickly steal every decent creature on the field, and at that point, you start moving on to the terrible creatures as well
It blows up a land for every copy, and with just a decent storm count, it leaves the entire table scrambling for mana
