It didn't look as nice, so before posting it on the GFAQs forum (where several users pointed out the then impending release of Vampire Kingdom), I went ahead and redid it on here

It contains Pokmon of a few different types, along with some of their Evolutions

Also, if this Synchro Summon card is destroyed, you can Special Summon up to 3 Level 8 or lower "Warrior", "Synchron", and/or "Stardust" Synchro Monsters from your Graveyard

Each competitor received the card, and each casing was individually customised to what group and tournament you were in

Ultimately, the decision to include Cyberse Witch in a deck would depend on the specific synergy and focus of the Cyberse deck being built

It requires a "Red-Eyes" Monster on the Field to be tributed in order to Special Summon it from the Hand
