Overall confusing and not well structured or paced

A great card can be worth a decent amount even if it's printed at common rarity, while a super rare one that nobody wants to play could be worth significantly less

Ravenform does this nicely, as youre able to cast it for three mana all at once, or only for a single blue mana if you foretold it
