If I were looking to build a deck around Garruk in the current Standard, it would probably look something like this: Creatures (16) Planeswalkers (3) Lands (24) Spells (17) Obviously its a very rough draft, but basically a midrange green deck with a bunch of mana acceleration that can ramp into big creatures or a really, really big planeswalker
As of today, according to CSI.com (and this could change from when I am writing this on 5/28/20) to when you read it on 6/5/20) there are 92 Standard Rares that have a bulk rare price of $0.49 (or below) for a near mint copy
