Harvester of Souls has always been a nice inclusion for strategies that often want to be killing your own dudes and everyone else's in equal measure, so I expect this to be in a similar role
There are several Category VIII Forwards among the new cards that will be introduced in Hidden Hope, including Selphie [22-010L] and Quistis [22-022R], respectively revealed during last years World Championships livestream and North America Winter Cup, but there are also some powerful cards like Rinoa [6-041L] and Griever [21-027L] from previous sets
It is likely that over time we will get better and better alternatives to Woolly Thoctar, but for now this card is very good at its job
