Dualcaster Mage is awesome no matter what spell it copies

For decks interested in forcing their opponents to draw, this card is a less detrimental Howling Mine as it doesnt generate pure card advantage and plays well with cards like Sheoldred, the Apocalypse and Narset, Parter of Veils
