The Commander 2013 product consists of five tri-color 'shard' decks reflecting the colors of the old Shards of Alara set, each with 100 cards that are ready-to-play right out of the box

The bad news is that cutting cards for this list is very difficult since we have to get rid of some incredible cards in the process

One last fun addition is the new regular Ceruledge card

Planes like Ixalan, Theros, and Kaldheim are hugely defined by their gods, and now Ixalan is joining the list

This is the second year Wizards has released these products, preconstructed decks intended to be somewhat competitive in friendly Pioneer games

I suspect one or two of these may become powerful cards, but since vendors aren't sure which will be the winners and losers, they just slapped a consistent preorder price tag across the board
