Aside from general clean-up, I want to add some more collection functionality

This set introduces a new rarity type called VSTAR, with a total of 8 to collect

Simply put, in order for a card to be well-designed, it must have some sort of positive impact on the format , preferably at its time of release (though this is not a requirement)
