I built a Commander Budget Deck around him spending a little more than $35 which you can check out here
Both of these cards are going off in Pioneer and work with the same basic combo strategy, stuffing your deck full of high mana cost cards that either have cost reductions (Leyline Binding) or can be exploited in other ways (ramping off Beanstalk Giant)
Milling a bunch of planeswalkers kind of sucks, so youd rather play this as a grindy control deck that can also reanimate a few juicy things as needed while opponents are distracted with your Liliana, Dreadhorde General
Some cards may have a cost that includes a mixture of ink, exerted cards and something else - the cost must be paid in full to use the ability
As normal, a lot of the new regional Pokemon from Paldea feature in the base set
The result is a deck that runs very smoothly indeed, consistently getting even its one-of creatures like Elesh Norn and Vocalist out
