Im not saying the card is completely unplayable, but a card better win you the game if youre spending 8 mana on it, which this is really far from doing

The trick is keeping him alive long enough to hit everyone, as we can't pick who to attack at a given time, and to slip him past whatever defenses may come up
The Convoke ability makes it sometimes free, which increases the odds that you'll be able to play this, plus your own boardwipe, in the same turn
It doesnt matter if you search up an artifact that is too expensive for this card to retrieve from the graveyard, because there are plenty of other effects that can help get it back in your hand or cheat it out
