Flying Fish Size:20x25 cm / 8x10″ seaside piersThis is the giant koi fish wind turbine above Ritas Turbine Blenders. It looks like a Japanese koinobori, a koi windsock, traditionally associated with Childrens Day in Japan, but here in San Fransokyo its been engineered into a floating wind turbine that, as the story goes, helps to power the district.
